Claude Announces it's "Accredited Partner Program" for Service, Support and Maintenance.
The program has been launched to underpin the quality of service and support that our clients have come to expect over many years. The program will focus on supporting a "finite" number of partners, who will have direct access to Claude's Technical Support, Systems, Spare parts and Accessories.
Our Clients expect robust, reliable systems backed up by a "1st Time Fix" should something go wrong. Far too many times clients comment that "well we've had 6 people look at this!" and guess what, none of them were Claude Systems.
In response to this, we've created the program and have identified the type of partners who can achieve the same high standards of quality repairs and customer service our clients expect.
Claude No longer provides "Supply Only" parts, systems or accessories to Non-Accredited parties, partners and clients alike have respect for this approach, after all you would not ask your Painter & Decorator to Fix your PC whilst he was there!! (or would you?).
The overall outcome of this program is a lower "Total Cost of Ownership" and improved system reliability, something which directly translates into cost savings, in today's economic climate this really is a "No Brainer".
